Port-au-Prince remains under armed-group control; kidnapping risk acute
Haiti remains a U.S. Department of State Level 4: Do Not Travel destination. Armed groups control much of the capital and key transit routes, kidnapping for ransom is widespread, and the international airport is subject to closures. U.S. government ability to assist citizens is severely limited.
KRDL Recommendation
Advise clients against all travel. For unavoidable movement, only via vetted private aviation with armed ground reception, pre-cleared safe houses and a hard evacuation trigger. Maintain continuous comms with the GSOC and confirm a medical/evac contract before departure.

La Paz under 90-day state of emergency; roadblocks and shortages
A 90-day humanitarian and health state of emergency was declared in the La Paz department on 2 June following violent clashes and roadblocks in La Paz, Potosí and Oruro, with shortages of fuel, food and medical supplies. Partner governments advise against all but essential travel to La Paz. Overland routes between La Paz and Copacabana, Oruro, Uyuni (via Oruro) and Rurrenabaque are affected.
KRDL Recommendation
Defer non-essential travel to La Paz department. If a principal is in-country, hold in a secure location, pre-stage fuel and supplies, and avoid all overland movement on the named corridors. Build a contingency air-extraction plan and monitor blockade status daily.

FIFA World Cup matches drive mass crowds and heavy security through 5 July
The World Cup opened 11 June at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, with 13 matches across Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey through 5 July. Authorities have deployed roughly 55,000 police and 20,000 military personnel. Expect saturated transit, stadium-area lockdowns and surge pricing. Separately, CNTE labor demonstrations continue in Mexico City, and related protests near Oaxaca's airport have turned violent.
KRDL Recommendation
Treat match days as elevated-threat windows for crowd crush, petty crime and opportunistic targeting. Pre-book secured transport, avoid the Zócalo and Ángel de la Independencia during CNTE marches, and route around stadium cordons. Establish rally points and a comms check schedule for any detail.

Anti-immigration riots persist across Belfast after 9 June stabbing
Violent anti-immigration protests and civil unrest have spread across Belfast since 9 June, following a stabbing that left a local man in critical condition. Demonstrations have escalated into riots in several districts, with vehicles and properties set alight, officers attacked and locations associated with migrant communities targeted.
KRDL Recommendation
Avoid affected neighborhoods and any gathering; unrest can flare without warning and shift location. Keep principals on a low profile, vary timing, and maintain a hardened safe haven. Coordinate with local protective liaison before any movement after dark.

KRDL Recommendation
Plan around degraded ground transport; pre-arrange vetted drivers and fuel reserves. Avoid protest convoys and blockades, and build buffer time into all itineraries. Monitor Peruvian alert channels for escalation.

Wimbledon draws heightened security across south-west London
The Wimbledon Championships run 29 June – 12 July at the All England Lawn Tennis Club. Armed and plain-clothes officers will operate inside and around the grounds, with vehicle checkpoints along Church, Somerset, Bathgate and Burghley Roads. Heightened measures will cause delays in the surrounding area.
KRDL Recommendation
For attending clients, coordinate credentialed access and a secured drop/collect point clear of checkpoint queues. Expect dense crowds and constrained vehicle access; pre-plan an extraction route and a no-vehicle contingency.
